Monday, January 22, 2024 - Starbright golden in the glass, restrained nose, palate is dry fruit tending tart, citrus, lemon, apple, pear, green herb note, bit of butter cream, acidity is high, body is medium, finish is long. Alcohol is high and a bit out of balance as the wine warms.
