Sunday, February 4, 2024 - The enamel-stripping tannins have subsided, so I'll take that as a win. Intensely fruity, bursting with bright raspberry. It's almost TOO fruity, really, like that one aspect of its personality has been amped to the Nth degree. Feels a bit out of balance as a result. Nice mineral underpinning though.
