Tuesday, February 13, 2024 - Blue fruit, black olives, graphite, silky tannins all wrapped in a velvety texture that packs a deep and complex package.

I find pyrizine notes in cab franc often monopolize the experience but the elegance of this wine may have just rekindled my interest in the varietal. Makes me think of Thierry Germain..

Paired beautifully with a fully-loaded lasagna bolognese.
