Monday, March 4, 2024 - Enjoyable; I used some in a risotto and sipped the rest while I cooked; ripe orchard fruits, some honeysuckle and a hint of some lees/butter; round on entry, but with enough acidity to have some freshness. Easy to enjoy though I prefer the pinot gris and the chardonnay from Eyrie.
