Friday, March 8, 2024 - The funky side of Pinot. Had a lot of sulfur on it the first night. Hazy and murky in the glass, with a slightly sour tang. Could almost be a Beaujolais from one of the great natural producers, but it has distinct Pinot character. The rough and tumble country cousin of a fine Burgundy, but super delicious nonetheless.
