Monday, March 11, 2024 - This bottle was better than my prior; it has put on some weight and is quite tasty; citrus and green apple with some floral notes and lots of minerality. Still ripping acidity as is generally the case Chez Lamy. While I find this good and certainly pleasurable; it doesn't really make me want to buy it again. If I drank it as an aperitif on a hot day, maybe. That said it is not cheap and I'd rather spring for the village or 1er cru wines here.

This was better on night 2 and definitely better with food than as an aperitif. Keep it for another year or two and it may really take off.
