Tuesday, January 23, 2024 - We did not enjoy their rose, but this Pinot Gris gets a thumbs up. My notes say it seems manipulated, which I am going to surmise is the result of some lees treatment. Nice uplifted viscosity. Ore golden than expected. Seems a bit saline on the palate. Nice civilized acid balance. We get lemon rind, yellow apple and light tangerine on the finish.
