Monday, March 18, 2024 - Paired with a middle eastern styled salmon. Nice pairing. Wine was beautiful medium straw gold.medium bodied but excellent legs in the glass. Aromas of quince, white peach and white flowers. Similar palate profile with a dose of minerality that was pleasing. Mid palate and finish were a bit lacking but a nice showing for this wine at 10 years old. Remarkably better after it came up to 62 F out of the cellar. Well recommended.
