Saturday, May 14, 2016 - Tasted at the winery with a lively festive crowd, this is where we started. Apple nose with citrus and honeysuckle. Nice body. Really tight little bubbles. Quality fruit that seems to have some vineyard and winemaker care and character. Very thirst quenching acidity. Continuous lemon lime throughout. Slightly bitter, maybe peach pit flavor. Clean, mild finish that features some gun metal metallic flavors.
