Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Threw me off a bit, until I realized that this classifies as semisweet. 7 hrs open bottle in the fridge. Still strongish petrol nose, otherwise would have been 93. Rich and a bit salty on the palette, acid on the background. My only bottle, sadly, but will get better with time. My personal experience is that these GGs should either be drunk soon after release or a decade later.
