Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - My second time tasting this wine and no different than the first. The 2018 Cabreo needs time. On day one the wine was tight as a rock. On day two it opened up substantially. It drank very smoothly on day three as well. I would hold another five years before retasting. Is it worth $50 a bottle? Si! Si!
