Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - This was very good; fresh and full of minerality and salinity on the nose with yellow apple and green pear, a hint of lemon; acacia blossom and a hint of petrichor; the palate is really lovely with great energy and a lovely sense of balance. Very drinkable now, but with some upside. Closed with diam 10
