Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Oh my. Decanted for 3 hours. Such a pure expression of Cabernet. Pronounced nose of blueberry and blackberry…with subtle tobacco. Mouthfeel is phenomenal. Silky tannins with fantastic acidity. Taste of dried cherries with the aforementioned dark berries. Long finish. The structure is incredibly complex and will age nicely for years.
