That said, there is a load of black fruit and berry flavors. I decanted this for a day at the recommendation of a friend (tommers207) and things settled down quite a bit. Much smoother. Post decant, this one was much more enjoyable. Overall impressions of this dark, dark wine included dark berries, pepper and gobs of tannin. Once it settled down, I liked it - but that did take a while. Drank over 3 days.
