Bland, pretty color and nice bubbles but a little acidic in taste with very little flavor. Day two a little more flavor came forth but still very bland and un interesting. Poor QPR with all the fabulous 'grower' champanges now available (drank a Pierre Morlet 1999 a few nights earlier - wow - just lovely.
