Monday, December 7, 2009 - Enjoyed w/ wife's mexican dishes - on the nose, cork / oak, dusty, aged smell in a good way with good dark fruits. On the palate smooth, good texture, very mellow, some pepper on the end and basically confirming nose. Nice long finish. Very evolved for shiraz being cellared short term. Drink now
