Saturday, December 26, 2009 - After reading prior reviews, I decidedto decant for 5 hours and ran through the vinturi. The wine opened up nicely and had a decent smokiness to it with some chocolate. I finicky wine audience commented that they liked the wine. Give it some time in the decanter.
