Thursday, January 21, 2010 - Clear, dark purple. Clean aromas of earth, coal, black fruits, pepper, smoke. Medium tannin, medium acid. Flavors match aromas with herbs, meats, shoe polish on the medium to long finish. Hold remaining bottles until 2011-2012.
