Thursday, March 4, 2010 - I was disappointed in this wine. Despite letting it breathe for about two hours, it was still a little harsh and tannic. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. Perhaps part of the problem was that I normally do not like Shiraz wines anyway.
