Saturday, March 27, 2010 - Wine has settled into itself since June 2009. Stem and harshness has evolved into an interesting component. Meatiness, sweetness/acidity balance apparent. Precise dry blue fruit. Equal palate intensity with restrainment for a pair with pork chops. Strong 89.
