Tuesday, April 6, 2010 - Really liked this one. I vaguely remember not really caring for it at a tasting a year ago or so. Now it's really shining. Difficult to describe as it's got elements of richness and high tones at the same time on both the nose and taste. Both floral and somehow baked (in a good way) on the nose. an interesting combination of mouth feel both lush and showing hardness and also acid. A long finish of green apple lingering.
