Wednesday, April 7, 2010 - I opened this wine to check on it and see where it was at. It was very youthful and it took some time for the tannins to soften. There was great ripe red plum fruit, dark chocolate, and that earthy undertone that I look for in Mourvedre. This wine could definitely benefit from some more age, I will probably have my next bottle in 2 years.
