Friday, April 30, 2010 - Ken nailed it, at least at the 30 minute mark. Will reserve rating, as notes from people I trust below recommend decanting for several hours. Vinturi'd into a decanter, then poured 30 mins later. Very, very tannic. Kinda sour/tart, too. Night and day difference from the Butterdragon, which has oodles more finesse.
