Friday, May 7, 2010 - Slow ox'd for 2 hrs - limpid ruby red color, ripe cherry with a hint of sassafras on the nose. Smooth texture, Light-to-medium bodied, ripe black cherry with balanced acidity that paired well with grilled wild salmon. No noticeable tannin. Short finish - a clean wine. At $12, a good value.
