Wednesday, May 19, 2010 - Deep ruby red color with great berry flavors and lots of structure. It was nicely balanced in tannins and fruit - quite Rhone like in style. We served this with a smoky pork shoulder that had been braised in a tomatoe based sauce over noodles. It was a great pairing. We kept the rest in our Euro Cave and oddly on the next day it tasted very off.
