Friday, June 18, 2010 - Oops, drank my last one by mistake. My bottle tag wa mislabeled '05 (of which I have several). Opened for a crowd with little wine and no Chablis experience.
No premox. Youthful and beautiful, would have lasted years (decades?) in the bottle. Lemon curd, sea breeze, lots of crushed wet limestone. Long, long lush finish. Sad to see it go, but glad it was a beauty.
