6/19/2010 11:19:00 AM - About one bottle out of six seems to be corked. It's not horrible, and I think many people drink wine like this all the time, but it's still corked.
I'm also a bit skeptical about how the wine was stored at K&L. It's supposed to be temperature controlled, but the bottles were all at room temperature when they wheeled them into the store for my pickup. I suppose that a constant 70 degrees is temperature controlled... just not what I expected.
Also, given that these wines are most likely from the Havens Winery liquidation sale, we have no idea what happened prior to the wine being sold to K&L.
