90 Points

Monday, July 12, 2010 - Delivers a balanced, poised Pinot initally on the palate. Dark Black Cherry, fruit forward. No surprises within the first hour, except that this was a very good, integrated, balanced fruit-forward pinot. Dark bing/black Cherry hits first, a strong backbone of acidity frames the fruit next. Tannins are soft and refined.Gains complexity after an hour. Becomes more integrated. the nose is much more complex. Slightly earthy quality. My suggestion would be to decant for one hour before serving between summer of 2010 and December of 2010. Drinkable now, but could cellar for the next few years easily.
