Friday, August 20, 2010 - Compared with an Aalto 2004, both great wines, the Toro is pretty good just after opened while the Aalto really need time.
100% tempranillo 15,5 alcohol the Toro is made for steak for me the perfect pairing , we also had a cab in the mix and for me tempranillo works better
