Friday, October 8, 2010 - Ruby red color, good concentration with tiny bubbles around the rim (?). First nose is a base of cherries and cassis with a massive hit of green peppers and spices like cayenne or paprika. Cherries and same spices come back on the palate. Light to medium body, nice acidity, medium length and no green tannins. Interesting and well made. Would pair well with pizza.
