Sunday, February 6, 2011 - A bit murky color - developed brown edge. Nose full of pepperoni (yes - the pizza-kind. A first for me!) and smoke. Palate of muted fruit and plenty of developed notes, such as cedar-wood, tobacco and coffee-grind. Medium finish. Drink now.
