Friday, July 1, 2011 - Classic French white burgundy. The nose is light but you can smell citrus. Clean taste, melon, honeydew and hints of tart pears. Less minerals and more sweet tones but not over the top. Nice finish lingers well on the sides of your tongue and makes you happy.
