Monday, August 15, 2011 - Good wine. Passed it through a Vinturi Aerator and it's ready to go. Welcoming nose of raspberries, bubblegum (if there is smell to bubblegum), theme. Classic Tuscan body, obvious sangiovese character, abundance of red fruits, earth. Pity the finish is a little short, otherwise it would be a beautiful food wine. Having said that it was good on it's own.
