Thursday, August 25, 2011 - I'm not a big white wine fan - that said this is my favorite Sauv Blanc from Southern California. Lovely light color. Melon with light mango and slight citrus notes. Perfect wine for a hot summer day - refreshing and delightful. Don't' refrigerate for too long (48 hours max) as the textures and flavors are subtle and will be destroyed by over refrigeration.
