Friday, February 6, 2009 - Wildman Tasting and Dinner (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Mostly red fruit on nose and palate, with fairly good spice in background. Accessible already with just a bit of oak sticking out. A little bit of the 2004 "green" notes, but not overwhelming. Not very "Gevrey" in character for me.
