Sunday, September 18, 2011 - A perfect match for the enhanced Pasta Fagoli with sage and rosemary, ham, beans and pasta. The wine has gotten better each time but I think it is not yet at peak...give it another year or two. Decanted 1 1/2 hour before serving. Blue fruit with stone, perhaps some licorice.
