Saturday, September 24, 2011 - Complex, great mouthfeel. We popped and poured this one, with some left in decanter (sealed) overnight. I think I liked it better the first day, but lots of structure and smooth tannins throughout. Looking forward to trying another bottle, but will probably let it further develop for at least a few months.
