Friday, October 21, 2011 - PnV'ed to open. Too tight initially with only a hint of dark fruit and a lot of pepper. Left the bottle for a few hours and came back to find it had opened nicely. Good blue fruit, some floral notes as well as some soy as someone else had mentioned. The finish never did lengthen which would be my only knock on an otherwise well aged wine ready to drink.
