Sunday, October 30, 2011 - We have roughly 200 bottles of Rochioli wines downstairs and recently purchased the Ranch Red. I agree with the other comments about it being grapey on the nose (just about concord grapey) though don't feel it falls flat in the mouth. It does, however, not taste like a Rochioli. If I were to guess what it was I'd guess a handfull of Dry Creek producers or even Hop Kiln.

11/24/2011 8:35:00 AM - Last night we had enjoyed a bottle of 2005 Martinelli Moonshine Ranch Pinot ahead of dinner, then followed up with another Rochioli Ranch Red. They truly should have sold these grapes off to Cameron Hughes.
