Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Opening for an extented bottle decant. One of the many wines for the Thanksgiving line-up. Initial impressions are strong. Always love pulling a cork that oozes black goo. Almost wondering if it needs this long as the nose is quite open and showing loads of earth. I didn't have high hopes for this one, but now I do.
