Sunday, October 11, 2009 - The color is a pale straw gold with aromas of zesty lemon and pears covered with thyme and a sort of sea breeze aspect. On the palate is dry, quite spicy,: the texture is crisp with with acidity that supports ripe citrus and stone flavors. A delightful easy drinking that with complement fresh seafood.
