Saturday, January 7, 2012 - excellent. Sullphur does not seem to be an issue. nose of grilled bread and spice. Tons of extract and complexity with some pear, mineral, spice, grilled bread. I tried to save some to see how it would open up after an hour but guests quaffed it all up. My guess is that it would have been better.
