Friday, February 3, 2012 - - Purple color. It's balanced and has flavours of black pepper, chocolate and black currant with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a medium+ finish - Decanted for 2 hours a lovely syrah that has a wonderful balance of finesse and spice. It is drinking well now but should evolve with another year or two of bottle age.
