Tuesday, February 14, 2012 - Nice bottle of wine - delicate, elegant and nuanced would be a good description. This St. Aubin packs in nice chalky minerality, crunch yellow fruit (pears, crisp apples) and a subtle amount of oak, with good acidity. A nice partner to seared scallops and mushroom risottos.
