Sunday, June 25, 2006 - What a lovely bottle for under $20. The bubble float to the top of the mouth in a fun display of efferescence. There's some weight to this, and a nuttiness, giving this wine more complexity then expected for the price. But it's really about how enjoyable it is to drink. The fruit and bubbles, the acidity and finish, everything works together to create a wine that makes you take another sip. A very impressive sparkler that proves the old saying true. "One can drink too much champagne, but one can never drink enough."
