Monday, February 20, 2012 - Drank this with a few friends over President's Day weekend. Pop and poured and consumed over a couple of hours. Big, meaty, expansive nose of gamey meats and dark fruits. Initial heat on the first sip, but over time in the glass, the alcohol receded into the background and the flavors came out to play. Plenty of dark fruits mixed with peppers and ample spices. Big winner of the night!
