Friday, March 2, 2012 - Not your typical Cali Cab. Many floral notes on the taste and nose combined with cedar and currant notes. Tannins and acidity are well in balance to give this some length. A medium bodied wine to be enjoyed by the French loving crowd for sure. This will surely age but I am not sure but I am thinking the acidity will drop off and maybe lose some of the fruit. Why take a chance...drink up within a few years.
