Friday, March 23, 2012 - Decanted 1 hour and consumed over two days. Strawberry, cherry and fresh cut mint on the nose with mint the dominate element. A nice pinot really smooth and subtle everything is in sync. Drinking really well right now, on day two still nice but definitely better on day one, I would say drink up this one is not getting any better.
