Monday, March 26, 2012 - Nose: Apricot, honey, wax, white flowers. Palate: Smoke, honeyed pears and apples on the attack. Fruit persists through the mid-palate but is cut off by big, citrusy acidity. Short finish. Good fruit and liveliness overall.
