Saturday, March 24, 2012 - Very nice CS from Pride. Decanted for 2 hours and poured through Vinturi. Nose of blueberry and plum, some oak and vegetal notes. Long legs and deep purple in the glass. Wonderful integration in this wine as the fruit, tannin, and acidity are in great balance. Much more restrained than many of the high octane cabs of this generation. I think it has taken this long for the wine to get to this level, but it will age well for another 3-5 years.
